In the unlikely event that your handset develops a fault within 60 days of sale you are entitled
to a refund or exchange for the purchase price of the handset, as long as the handset has not
been mistreated.
If your handset fails after the 60-day period then we can give a very reasonable quote for the

3. I don't see the phone I want on your website, can you get it?

Yes, we can get hold of most refurbished handsets. Please contact us for a quote.

4. What is included with the phone?
All our mobile phones included full set such as battery, charger, manual and color box. We can
also just supply stand-alone phone.

5. How long is the warranty time?
We supply two months guarantee time. In the unlikely event that your handsets develop faults
within 60 days of sale you are entitled to exchange for the good handset, or we will pay for the
repairing fee for the defective phones, as long as the handsets have not been mistreated.

7. How much is delivery?
We send the goods and samples by DHL and EMS and TNT. We will send you proforma invoice
after we receive your order, which include the freight charge and goods cost.

11.Why our phones can't be produced in bulk?

All our phones are high quality refurbished phones,which have original and used motherboard,so
they can't be produced in bulk and their supply depends on the market greatly.We never supply
Copy/Chinese motherboards phones,which are made by some Chinese factory and the quality is
much worse and also unstable.

12.What about our quality control system?
We have very strict quality system in our company.We choose the best one from at least 5pcs
used phones to refurbish.We promise all the motherboards are original and never repaired.There
are many technicians in our technology department, who are in charge of testing and assembling
